增重做有氧? - 健身

今天去看家醫科醫生,想問喝葡萄糖漿飲品的問題。
他跟我說....那不樣是自然攝取的,不要這樣喝。
(可是...我們平常吃的麵包之類的,
不是有的時候也會加嗎? 這有差喔...)
然後比較讓我覺得跌破眼鏡的是,
醫生堅持要我做有氧增重,一天20分鐘以上。
他說只要我有氧多做,新陳代謝提高,就能夠增重了。
可是我記得之前看板上文章,
大家都說減重做有氧,
增重以重訓為主,少做有氧。
板上有人是做有氧增重的嗎 ?
話說,醫生也叫我不要喝乳清蛋白粉,
他說那是合成的,對身體不好。
(我是知道乳清蛋白喝多會傷腎,所以我平均兩天才喝一匙吧...)
雖然醫生說健康最重要,瘦沒什麼不好。
不過,我還是想增重!
