增重卡關詢問 - 健身

各位板友們好
小弟我一直以來都很瘦
大概兩個月前下定決心開始重訓增重
好不容易兩個月來從55kg增重到60kg
現在體重卻在62kg上上下下卡了一兩個禮拜
所以想上來請教各位巨巨們
要怎樣才能繼續前進~
我的一天飲食大概是這樣
因為晚睡,我一天開始大概10點、11點才起床
吃午餐一個雞腿便當(有時加飯)
下午大概3、4點吃鮪魚御飯糰+約25公克乳清蛋白(約含20g蛋白質)
下午5、6點重訓
晚餐雞腿便當加大碗飯
宵夜吐司2片+25公克乳清蛋白
約12、1點睡覺
重訓我則是分
腿:桿鈴深蹲15kg每組8~10下,做4組
桿鈴硬舉10kg每組8~10下,做4組
腿彎舉機10kg每組8~10下,做4組
胸:桿鈴握推5kg每組10~12下,做4組
坐姿推胸機10kg每組8~10下,做4組
直臂夾胸機14kg每組8~10下,做4組
背:引體向上(彈力繩輔助)每組做到力竭大概8~10下,做4組
坐姿下拉機14kg每組13~15下,做4組
坐姿划船機15kg每組13~15下,做4組
腿、胸、背一天練一個部位,練三天休息一天,接著繼續循環
以上大概就是我的菜單
現在卡在62kg,我該怎麼做才能繼續往上升呢?
還請巨巨們指教
