增重問題請教 - 健身

我體型很瘦,之前大約171/52,而且我是男的...
後來去健身房了一段時間(4快5個月),覺得體型有稍微的改變了,
變成是171/56,但就卡在這邊快兩個月了,
但我覺得還是不夠,但我從以前至今未超過56公斤,目標(60~62)
我去健身房的規律大概是做一休一,平均1個半鐘頭,
幾乎全部都在重訓,跑步、有氧非常少做,可能1週才一次
重訓的部分都著重在大肌群,胸、背、腹,
重量約莫4~50磅,一組10~15下,至少做5組或以上
飲食部分,我正常只吃早中晚三餐,偶爾下午吃點心,
從健身房回來都會補一杯無糖豆漿,
雖然我太瘦,但我還是避免吃過度油膩,跟油炸物,
飲水我幾乎都喝水跟無糖豆漿,偶爾喝手搖飲料但都是微糖量,
我想問需要修改的部分是哪裡,我有點懷疑是吃得太少,
所以這一兩天盡量多吃,別讓自己有飢餓感,
做一休一的次數會太少嗎?
關於飲食我是否不需要避諱油膩食品?
瓶頸卡了好久,周招也沒有對於健身很在行的人,
都是一點一點問別人的,覺得很多不足的地方,想上來請教專業的大家,
