關於傳統硬舉小問題 - 健身

最近在練硬舉的時候發現
為了避免槓鈴下放時發出很大的聲音
所以慢慢下放的時候 會感受到下背有很強的張力
甚至讓背有點不舒服 是我的姿勢有不正確的地方所造成的嗎?
之後也上youtube看了一些板上推薦的影片
發現到他們都是每一下直接完全放在地板上後重新抓槓鈴發力
所以練硬舉的正確姿勢應該是要直接下放後重新發力?還是只是因為我姿勢不正確
導致下背不舒服呢?
請各位指教 謝謝
