版上各位前輩你們好
我啟動運動習慣還有飲食控制已經有三周的時間
但是體重和體脂皆不見成效
我覺得很難過, 不知是否內分泌有問題(有點甲狀腺結節), 或者我方式不正確
懇請前輩們指導, 或給予點建議
我好想擺脫虎背熊腰的體態阿 嗚嗚
運動 :
重訓 - 每周一至兩次, 每次挑三個部位做, 10下/3組
有氧 - 每周一至兩次, 踩XBIKE(阻力4), 40分鐘/心跳約120左右
飲食 :
每餐皆注重蛋白質/蔬菜水果攝取, 飲料以黑咖啡/全脂牛奶為主(偶爾奶茶)
午餐和晚餐的飯量只有半碗, 總是先喝湯才接著攝取蔬菜和蛋白質
運動後皆有補充營養, 喝杯全脂牛奶+義美多穀物蘇打餅或吃拳頭大小的水果
