壺鈴訓練需要高反覆次數的理由? - 健身

小弟從第一次swing到現在也約半年了,有個疑問一直得不到答案
就是我看Formosa fitness的教練文章有寫到壺鈴訓練追求一次好幾分鐘、壺鈴不落地
會比求快求重的訓練更好
之前在youtube看某路人60KGpush-press,也有看到老外回說壺鈴的要點是高反覆次數,而
不是一次就衝到極限
想請問一下原因是什麼?是為了要鍛鍊更好的肌耐力跟心肺能力嗎,以及讓核心肌群繃緊
產生張力(可視作核心肌群的肌耐力?)的關係嗎?我有上網找過hardstyle的課表(忘了是
不是RKC的人寫的),也是一次都好幾分鐘起跳
不過我也是有看過有人就用雙24KG壺鈴做25下snatch就收工的@@感覺這就比較練不到心肺
