夏天續航力不足 - 健身

如標題,
開始跑步大概兩三年了,最近突然發現自己都胖夏天,
原因是因為夏天跑步續航力不足,運動量下降,
但身體不允許運動強度不足啊!
個人習慣晚上跑,正常來說8km絕對沒問題,冬天可以天天維持到的目標,
可是夏天"狀況好"的話我常常只能跑到7km,
還花比冬天跑8km要久的時間去達成,
現在每天平均只能跑個4km到5km就很想奔回家了。
這到底是為甚麼呢,爬版之後很想問有沒有人有類似的狀況,
求解啊TAT~
忘了說,游泳除了無聊之外沒有續航力的問題,
但是游泳比較貴有點吃不消,所以不是長久選擇。
