外食族低GI澱粉該怎麼挑? - 健身

想問一下版上的各位,低GI的澱粉該吃什麼(或是應該說比較好的澱粉)
因為生活與工作環境條件的關係,餐餐幾乎都是外食無法開伙
導致食物的選擇其實不多
最近怎麼吃都吃地瓜或是五穀飯跟義大利麵
有一點點吃膩了,想知道有什麼低GI澱粉類的東西方便吃的
有看到人家推鷹嘴豆,但是臺灣好像不容易取得
或是購買到已經烹飪好的(至少家樂福、全聯好像都沒有看到)
不曉得大家有沒有什麼好建議呢?
(順便問我有聽說豆漿是精緻澱粉的說法,大家怎麼看?說是失去了纖維,跟白米失去外面
的殼一樣。)

確實澱粉重點應該還是在攝取量的多寡
但因為沒有辦法徹底生酮(最大問題還是吃到有飽足感會花費比較多金錢)
所以才想嘗試看看先嘗試低gi澱粉
適應的過程也比較不會那麼痛苦
看來多喝無糖豆漿應該是沒有什麼問題
應該日後就還是照常喝了!
也感謝熱心的人站內信回我並提醒我澱粉吃太少可能會掉頭髮
會多思考一下飲食的搭配的
