習慣性脫臼如何鍛鍊上半身及手臂 - 健身

如題
我的右手有習慣性脫臼
手只要有丟出去的動作就會脫臼
之前手還沒這樣時我都會做俯地挺身、拉單槓、舉啞鈴
但現在都不敢做,脫臼真的很痛,有陰影不希望再發生
請問在這狀況下有辦法做屬於上半身跟手臂肌肉的運動嗎?
