平衡感很差 可透過學直排輪改善嗎 - 健身

如標題,最近學瑜珈或游泳都可以發現自己好像平衡感不太好,像是瑜珈無法單腳站立,
甚至弓箭交互蹲都很吃力,游泳則是拿浮板打水時,右腳都比較沒力...
想趕快把自己的平衡感練起來,不知道若去學直排輪是否能達到改善的效果?
因為一堆小朋友學直排輪好像就是為了追求平衡感?
請問版友們有什麼建議嗎?
