減脂期體重跟體脂降的速度 - 健身

大家好
前幾個月開始減脂期
自己設定的目標是把體脂從28降到20
也因為疫情關係 少了很多聚餐
飲食就盡量依照版上建議的少油少鹽的低脂餐
平常主要都是在WG重訓跟上有氧課
大概兩周會量一次INBODY 執行計畫一段時間後發現
體重降的速度有點快但體脂卻降很慢
這樣是代表我減掉的可能會是肌肉嗎?
我是理解在減脂期一定會掉肌肉 只能盡可能減緩
但都有在重訓維持會造成這種情況嗎?
