外食族吃到基代又營養的選擇 - 健身

原po每日基代約1900,生活作習固定11點起床,半夜3點睡,由於開火不便,家附近也還沒發現好的自助餐店,變成現在都起床後吃小7便當+豆漿,下午時間都在健身房直到5點左右離開,然後吃第二餐(也是便當),麻煩的地方就是7點以後真的沒有食慾,但又還吃不到基代,不知道有沒有大大願意分享好的菜單或建議!感謝~
目前的做法是晚上9點塞水果當點心,巴樂或水梨居多
