外食族該如何控制飲食? - 健身

體脂率:不知@@ 但應該偏高
早餐:早餐店火腿蛋土司(無美乃滋)+低脂牛奶or低糖豆漿一杯
午餐:正常便當(避開油炸類/肥肉類)
晚餐:飯量/菜量減一半的便當
日常作息時間:工作 8:30~20:00
睡眠 12:00~7:30
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:正常
運動習慣:慢跑30min 心跳數約120~130 每周三次
我的問題:
小弟目前在外地工作
租房子處沒有烹調設備 因此沒辦法自己做料理
目前主要是靠著固定運動習慣作減重
但是半年下來也才大約減掉約2kg而已(自己定的目標是70kg)
因此覺得飲食控制方面應該也得要下功夫才行
但因為平常上班很怕自己吃不飽精神不濟影響工作
所以早餐和中餐都不敢減少太多
只有下班後的晚餐會讓飯量減半
請問各位有在外地工作的外食族朋友們
是怎麼處理飲食控制的問題呢?
