外食族該怎麼吃的健康又能減肥呢?? - 減肥

我工作11個小時~~早上八點起床~到公司9點~~要上到晚上八點~~
我早上忙完大概都10點開始吃早餐
早餐~都吃全麥土司~加生菜水果一片起司~~配無糖豆漿一杯
有時會吃糙米飯或粥加素食的菜
午餐~12點到1點 我都吃素食的菜~~加一碗五穀飯~~
或吃自助餐幾樣菜加一點肉或魚
下午茶~三點左右..一兩包低卡的餅乾
晚餐~六點以前喝一杯500c的無糖優若乳~加燙青菜~或豆腐豆乾...一顆蘋果或芭樂
早上起床喝五百cc的水幫助排便~~中午吃飯前也會喝500cc
下午一點到五點半之前會喝1000cc的水
六點以後就少喝水了~~因為我會水腫~~我有在吃類固醇~~等我八點下班回家大概快九點
我會跳鄭多燕的有氧~大概30分~~一個禮拜大概三~~四次
跳完睡前會做些拉筋抬腿動作~~大概11:00之前睡覺~~
我一到星期六大概都這樣吃~但禮拜日休假~~我會吃很好~想吃什麼就吃~~
請問這樣減肥有健康嗎??要如何吃才能減的健康有省錢??感謝提供
