外食族食物建議(基代問題) - 健身

爬文說要吃到基代 本人一天兩餐在外吃
小弟基代去康是美量是1944大卡
前陣子三餐大概如下:
早餐:紅茶約350CC+三明治 禮拜天吃水煎包/涼麵/蛋餅+有糖豆漿350CC
午餐:自助餐 一肉三菜/便當/ 乾麵+小菜+開喜烏龍茶微甜600CC
炒飯 鍋燒意麵
晚餐:家裡吃 吃一碗白飯+肉 菜 +手搖紅茶微糖
家裡吃份量比較不一定 大多肉吃比較多100G~150G
這兩個月的三餐大概是這樣 炸類少吃
如果要吃到超過基代300~500這樣可以嗎?
另外小弟工作是業務司機 要搬貨 可能沒辦法做重訓
怕影響工作(沒時間讓肌肉休息)
