多吃脂肪對增肌的幫助? - 健身

以增肌為目的來討論:
三大營養素中,眾所皆知,蛋白質的重要性(建構肌肉材料)當然不言可喻。
我想討論一下油脂。 就增肌而言,"熱量盈餘"是啟動身體合成、增肌、
的最重要條件。沒有盈餘,就算蛋白質吃得很多,增肌效果也不好。
那麼油脂1克可提供9大卡熱量,可說是三大營養素中,提供熱量CP值最高的。
那麼我在想隨著肌肉量增加,練到後來要吃的熱量也越高,本人胃沒有很好,
吃太多會覺得太飽。 想說如果多吃油脂類的食物,不會太飽,又可衝高熱量。
但這樣碳水的比例就會稍低了。 想討論碳水、脂肪的比例的影響到底是....?
碳水不足的部分,能用油脂取代嗎? (有人可能想到生酮,那太極端了。我大概就是
打個比方,以前一整天若吃4碗白飯,現在降至2碗,少掉的熱量用油脂補)
這樣OK嗎? 畢竟葡萄糖、肝醣也是身體需要的營養?
