其實是這樣的
小弟之前到習慣是每天會1-2杯手搖杯飲料
大多微糖或無糖 很少喝白開水
最近因為臉上爆痘痘 想調養身體
於是乎每天至少會喝3000cc以上的白開水
飲料幾乎戒掉 持續約2個禮拜了
健身習慣一樣一個禮拜約3-4次
健齡約5年
最近量體重 忽然瘦了約快2kg
因為也沒特別減重
覺得這樣好像不是很正常...
但又想到之前有上過一堂教練課
說多喝水會增加代謝 減重
想問看看是否有這樣經驗的居巨巨們
因為實在覺得突然受2Kg不是很正常...
