小弟新手,剛練2週
身材177/80
現在兩週都慢跑5km
伏地挺身+仰臥起坐,各100
上班為2休2
放假在家都只吃3餐,無飲料零食
晚上7點後就沒進食
可是上班日讓我很困擾
因為整夜都不吃,很痛苦,上班也會分心
有沒有板友有經驗的
該吃還是不該吃...
吃了,之前的努力好像都白費了
--
