是這樣的 小弟這兩三個月開始恢復慢跑的習慣
每次都是跑滿半小時 幾公里不知道 大概有4公里吧
不過都是晚上去跑 9點10點左右~
前一陣子因緣際會去參加馬拉松跑了10公里
那天早上跑完發現當天精神特別好
是那種就算睡滿8.9小時也不會有的飽足感~
所以剛好這陣子要打工都要早起 所以改成6點去跑步
可是發現早上跑真的不好跑耶...
腳變的容易痠說... 這是我在夜跑都不會有的感覺...
怎麼辦?是休息不夠嗎? 都睡4.5小時左右就醒來啦
還是需要調整啥? 對了 我幾乎都沒喝水吃東西就去跑了?
所以需要吃點什麼嗎?
