不知道為什麼每次跑步都會跑到無力,為此感到很困擾,
剛爬了一下文,因為才剛加入fitness,不太熟悉版面,
大概看到了酣糖消耗是原因之一,
但還是不太能理解,要怎麼在跑步時有體力,
我每次跑到第40分鐘時,就開始無力了,
明明自己跑步的狀況還不錯,已經適應呼吸等等,
卻大大的覺得沒有力氣在跑下去,所以只好跑慢一點,
不知道有那位前輩可以分享一下,如何有體力的跑完1小時
今天我特別在跑前1.5小時吃了半顆堅果饅頭,仍然無力,而且還會肚子餓,
我大概都下午5點去跑。謝謝啦!!
