大便的問題 - 健身

我目前做的運動就是起床後出門溜狗
走到一個定點之後 東西放著
跑一下 做體操 跑一下 做體操 跑一下 跳繩 跑一下 跳繩 跑一下 跳繩
然後帶狗再走回家
回家吃完早餐之後就是 大便
我的問題是 有沒有什麼撇步是可以在出門前就把便大完呢?
因為如果可以大完再去運動 應該更舒爽吧?
