自從五月初下定決心減肥後,
我的三餐定時定量,控制1200大卡左右,
每天晚上會跳30分鐘的billy's bootcamp,宵夜點心都禁了
(不過熬夜到一點這壞習慣一直沒改掉)
經過一個禮拜的努力,好不容易瘦了一公斤(52.6→51.6)
體脂肪也下降了約1% (變成24.6%)
沒想到這兩天腳受傷,沒有運動
又不小心暴食了(三餐則都沒變)
5/24點心─鳳梨酥一個、金莎三個、Aji驚奇脆餅一整包(280g)
5/25點心─黑波露一整片,宵夜─1/3包豆干、麻糬約八個
今天早上一醒來,沒喝水狀態下( 我測量體重都是早上剛醒 未喝水狀態)
兩天內體重飆到52.8 (上升1.2公斤)
甚至體脂肪也上升到25.8% (上升1.2%)
即使重新站上去量,或者過了三小時再量,
數值都大同小異。
怎麼會這樣T_T
是這兩天暴食的結果嗎?
一周的努力就毀在兩天了嗎...?!
