大學胖了20kg 肚子肥了一圈 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:早餐店的豬肉蛋堡+紅茶
午餐:學校附近的便當(避免炸物)
晚餐:7-11沙拉+御飯糰+無糖豆漿
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
9點起床 9點多吃早餐 下午1點半吃午餐 6點吃晚餐
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
大四等畢業的學生 晚上在補習班兼課 因此晚餐不是在6點前吃就是9點以後吃
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
3天會去跑操場1600公尺
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
大家都說運動要達20分鐘以上才有減脂效果,可是我去跑步,跑個5分鐘就氣喘如牛..
跑完1600已經是幾乎虛脫狀態..跑慢一點步伐又太小 再加上體重重..
慢跑反而更吃力..所以我想問對於這種情形版上的大大們有沒有什麼建議..
之前從4/15日開始減肥,當時體重也是80,體脂率不詳(還沒買體脂測量器)
保持這樣的作息以及飲食習慣,體重在兩個禮拜內降至76..
但4/30親人結婚吃喜宴 5/8日母親節吃大餐 肥了一些回來..
後來整整一個月不刻意去節制 頂多不吃炸物..
然而星期一謝師宴 星期二老師們的聚餐 連兩天吃超好料的..
結果又胖回80kg了...
我只記得減肥那段時間每天晚上都是最難熬的..因為好想好想吃東西...
而且肚子餓會讓人心情很不好..
減肥那段時間都是以每天早上量體重為樂...
所以 一但復胖一些 又信心全失了....
哀哀哀
四年前高中畢業時體重才58kg......
我好想回到那時候呀~!!
