自己在窩菌練約一年多,但感覺有蠻多動作施力不對
(明明練二頭,前臂不知道在痠什麼...)
也剛好最近看到大安運動中心教練課在促銷,
所以想問問版上有沒有人也是健身一段時間後也想調姿勢的,
主要是想請教練針對握推、硬舉還有一些基本器材的姿勢做調整,
然後初期可能是一週一次,一個月後二到三週一次,
再麻煩站內信囉。
P.S. 順便問有人上過一對二,對這種形式覺得推或不推的嗎? 謝謝
