大家好
小弟想練健力三項 目標是明後年參加業餘的比賽
今年3月建置home gym後 就開始邁入重量訓練的大門了
因為都是在家訓練 也沒人可提供建議或姿勢的調整
所以想說跟教練學習一段時間 做姿勢的調整跟經驗上的學習
請問有推薦的教練(新北 台北 桃園皆可)可介紹給小弟嗎
