說來慚愧...
幾乎天天都會吃零食耶!
零食的誘惑真的太大了,
甚至變成有點像是習慣,
時間一到,就會想要去買...
有時候甚至根本不會餓,
可是看電影就好像一定要吃點東西才像是在看電影阿!
吃東西看電影真是太享受了XD
其實運動量夠,
三餐沒有攝取過量
吃點零食根本不會有什麼影響阿!
