大家好 敝人進入慢跑的世界已經有2個多月了
除了一開始的體能不佳 肌耐力不足 導致腳痛以外
經過一陣子的訓練後 這部份大致上已經克服了
進入主題
今天因為是假日 時間比較多
心血來潮想跑久一點 跑了8km 42分左右
(平常大概跑30分鐘/5-5.5km左右.一星期5-6次)
跑完+做完緩和運動後 要喝水發現事情嚴重了
我發現 我的嘴巴張不太開
硬要開的話 眼睛下面突出來的骨頭(臉頰上緣)會很痛
接著要吃水果痛的更加厲害(有點緊.像抽筋那樣) 痛到連眼睛頭部都痛
請問有人知道這是為什麼嗎? 會不會跟昨天一整夜失眠有關呢?
