平常都是騎XBike一小時當運動
邊騎邊看PPS 時速大概分佈在36 37 38間
結果今天心血來潮 不看電腦直接騎
時速居然在38 39 40 第一次在1hr內騎完了38km
看來運動真的是專心點比較好
大家運動的時候也是專心做嗎? 還是有找其他的事做?
