如題,誠意請教
想請問大家,慢跑完之後會很喘嗎?
我自己跑完之後,並不會覺得很喘
所以我在想說會不會這樣的運動強度不夠
每次去慢跑時,我發現,好像跑得人裡面我跑得最慢
連一些看起來有點年紀的都能跑的比我快
所以我跑得這麼慢,想減脂的效果是不是會很差
那是要跑得多快呢?
我知道有人會說要跑到心跳130以上
但在跑的過程中哪有辦法一邊量
所以請教已沒有比較好的方法可以知道自己跑的強度夠不夠
