之前準備考試,準備了將近一年
沒幾個月體重就上升了7公斤
原本有在重訓,到考前兩個月就沒去了,除了原本就不多的肌肉消了不少
還又胖了兩公斤
一整個是爆肥啊
肚子一大圈肉,還有豬手臂
同樣準備考試也朋友也都是 肥~肥~肥~
聽說有人準備考試時,因為一整天幾乎都坐著,所以晚餐只吃6粒小番茄
覺得這真是太猛了,我晚餐吃少一點就會肚子咕嚕咕嚕睡不著覺耶
大家都是準備考試=爆肥嗎?
