我90了.......
剛剛去健身房量的
體脂肪24kg 體重90.1kg 體脂率26.6%
回顧去年 我大概只是22.1% (參照#1ArUQxf_)
那時大概每天去健身房都有慢跑
可是現在都只有騎腳踏車而已
結果不知不覺就胖成這樣....
看來慢跑真的是比較好 畢竟是全身都有動起來
腳踏車就只有腳在動而已 強度有差
熱量消耗還顯示48X卡 真是歡樂....
決定了 明天開始回復慢跑吧
大家一起揮灑汗水吧!!!! (推圖做不出陽光笑容真可惜)
