關於重訓完的伸展 - 健身

請問重訓完做伸展,目的據我所知是消除或減緩痠痛感,
但我想請問,伸展運動對於重訓完的部位,肌肉的形狀會不會有影響呢?
例如我做完胸後伸展胸部的肌肉可以減緩我重訓完後胸部的痠痛,
但對於胸肌生成的形狀是否會較集中或寬闊的影響?
另外,我重訓完的伸展有以下兩點問題:
1.最好是重訓完馬上伸展效果較好,那如果隔了一晚是否還有效果
(因為我時間關係抓空去健身,比較沒辦法馬上做伸展,大都隔一晚才做)
2.伸展我都在正常呼吸狀況下做30~40秒,我可以做很多輪,我想請問伸展
做多會不會反而有負面效果?
