上半身的鍛鍊 - 健身

我的肩膀很寬也很厚
就是人稱虎背熊腰型的
之前有練胸肌
但因為不忌口
所以變成肉包鐵(肌肉外再包層油)
胸圍太厚了~
因為將近一年沒運動了
所以身材開始走樣
現在想開始把手臂肌肉鍛練回來
練伏地挺身卻又怕胸口更厚(衣服難挑==)
有什麼訓練方式可以讓胸圍變小
卻又可以練出二頭肌等手臂肌肉群嗎?
