第三波 朋友約我吃晚飯
他說體重開始停滯不前 (85->80->78.多)
但發現自己其實吃得越多,基代反而升了一點點
不過他說少量多餐真的有時候覺得很麻煩 我頗有同感
因為我自己以前一開始是吃再多也是餓
早餐已經是起司雞肉貝果水果咖啡牛奶豆漿有時候全部都一輪了
差不多兩個小時之後就餓了、再吃香蕉、再餓
一直循環下去,一天往往吃個七八次不嫌多
(不說 "餐" 的原因就是因為其實也沒有吃那麼多)
但他的腰圍已經從35->往32邁進
說實話,對男生來說,如果不是到甚麼痴肥的程度
我們對體重的在意遠低於女生太多太多了
有道是用 "捏" 得最準
