這樣的有氧量還不夠嗎? - 健身

目前的運動量是每天先重訓40分鐘(胸、背、腿分天做)
然後接著是踩健身車 重量等級 lv10 速率維持在29~30
心跳145~150(機器顯示的),30分鐘
通常30分鐘完就整件上衣都濕了
再接滑步機 重量等級 lv10 速率維持在31~32
心跳140~145(機器顯示的),30分鐘
這個做完整個人就有快掛掉的fu....(身体太弱zzz)
但一整個月下來 腰圍 "看起來"有比較小
但体重卻沒什麼變化
想請問是我這樣的有氧量還不夠嗎?
還是方式不對呢?
