菜雞最近開始上教練課
目前為止上了六堂左右
基本上以自由重量訓練為主
上惹基礎核心控制(腹內壓),彈力繩練背
滾筒肌肉按摩,熊爬等等小細節
硬舉今日上重量加桿30KG
槓鈴抱胸深蹲,但重量忘了,壺鈴的也做過
啞鈴上了前俯划船跟飛鳥
器材就課堂結束前十分鐘左右會練一下
雖然一堂要約1700,不過是真的有練到東西
教練也會注意姿勢是否正確以免受傷
有任何不對部位麻或痠痛感會立刻停止
然後用滾筒或球按壓放鬆
這個學習內容應該沒有很盤吧?
看有些人的教練課好像都很可怕QQ
不是整天inbody就是推銷
