看完置底文和一些減肥文之後,我還是不懂各位如何克服惰性,讓自己願意走出門去跑步、
我知道要訂定實際一點的計劃與目標,可是從以往的經驗來看,我總是能為自己找各種理由
最近發現自己膝蓋有些不適,原先以為是打球前沒暖身受傷,可是看了一段時間的中醫後,
剛剛量體重,發現自己破百,我才發覺膝蓋已經無法繼續負荷…
不過我不是要來求減肥計劃之類的,
只是想知道到底要如何克服惰性
我真的很怕訂好計劃又敗給懶惰…
