之前都靠半餓瘦
兩度復胖
其實也不是復胖
就是不管體重惹
飲料什麼的拼命喝
之前是早餐正常吃
中午飯減半
晚餐不吃飯
吃菜肉
只喝早餐那杯飲料
加快走
一個月五公斤
現在想到一個計畫
那就是
早上早一點到公司捷運站
把包包放置物櫃
去踩階梯
踩個五,六百階
下午茶放風時間
再五百階
晚上也五百階
只上不下
下來搭手扶梯
怕傷膝蓋
飲食方面則是 不喝飲料
中午飯吃一半
菜肉也吃 少油
剩下吃蛋白質大豆餅乾 配水吃
有飽足感
十片大概20卡
晚上跟中午一樣
請問大家覺得我減肥計畫怎樣?
是希望一個月可以瘦三到四公斤
求鞭~~~
