大家會腹部左右不均嗎 - 健身

大家好,
開始重訓大概半年多一點,
想請教個關於腹部的問題,
發現 左腹都比右腹來的大一點,尤其是下腹更明顯
左邊看的到有人魚線,但右邊完全沒有
小弟右撇子,以前有練一陣子足球(右腳踢)
還有我的左背比較發達(高中背書包三年都背左邊…),會影響到腹部嗎?
