最近開始減肥了~
因為坐辦公室真是一件太可怕的事了(我的下半身整個變超胖)
加上九月底安排了去海邊的行程~所以突然很有毅力瘦身XD
我自己的三餐是這樣的:
早餐>>10種以上的生菜+水煮蛋+雞肉絲(or德式香腸or蝦子)+偶爾會加上一些菇類
午餐>>隨意吃(會吃飯麵類,因為是外食通常也會有油。)
晚餐>>燙青菜or較清淡的飲食(家裡煮的飯菜or蒟蒻麵)
運動是每個禮拜最少六天的快走,時間通常是40分鐘~1小時。
以上大概已經堅持了一個月,瘦了約2~3公斤。
但我發現減肥可吃的餐點好少,大家通常是怎麼做減肥餐的呢?
基本以我吃的餐點來說,早餐我只要煩惱低卡醬料問題就好(最常吃和風醬油&優格)。
晚餐部分,我一定需要吃熱食,加上想要吃清淡點,但我其實之前基本不下廚,所以作不
太出像樣的東西...
可不可以跟大家徵求好吃的減肥食譜阿?
為表誠意先跟大家分享一下~我最近的新作品-魯菇菇+牛蒡
魯汁:薑蒜先用水去炒一下(愛吃辣可以再加乾辣椒),放入醬油,再加入適量的洋蔥(想吃
甜一點可以加多一點)與八角,煮個10~20分。
其他食材(杏包菇/香菇/胡蘿蔔/牛蒡)洗一洗、切成適當大小(牛蒡請記得削皮),放入平底
鍋及適量的水,加上蓋子用蒸煮的方式煮個10分鐘左右(我沒特別去記)
魯汁煮好後再倒入剛剛蒸煮的平底鍋,一樣煮個10來分鐘,最後再調味(主要是看會不會太
鹹or太淡),關火放涼後冰入冰箱。
這道料理有個好處是可以吃熱的也可以吃冷的~很方便也好吃、且完全無油喔^^"
