我本身有飲食的困擾,
1.我喝牛奶會拉肚子
2.我喝豆漿會脹氣 (基本上兩者喝超過300cc的量症狀就會明顯)
3.我對乳清過敏 會嚴重長痘痘, 而且看醫生拿藥(外敷+內服)無效
必須要配合停乳清才會好轉.
我有蟹足腫, 我在乳清過敏發炎時期好像也會讓蟹足腫的部位發炎.
可能我身上的蟹足腫是因為痘痘演變成的, 不是受傷.
所以我蠻想知道像我這樣的體質要怎麼比較容易的攝取蛋白質,
因為光靠吃肉吃蛋蠻累的, 我也沒辦法天天吃水煮肉,
所以雞胸肉都是醃過後加點油去煎, 蛋也是荷包蛋為主,
以能天天吃不會膩為原則去弄.
我想過最簡單的辦法就是打雞胸肉+蔬菜水果組成的食物泥,
但現在還沒下決心去嘗試. 而且要能打肉泥的料理機挺貴的.
植物性乳清我還不確定要不要嘗試, 因為我喝牛奶 豆漿也都有症狀
大豆乳清我覺得大概不行, 看網路說碗豆乳清過敏性更低,
似乎是我比較能選擇的嘗試, 但聽說喝起來口感較怪 (是鹹味的這樣?)
但植物性蛋白乳清吸收率又如何呢? 是不是就和植物性蛋白食物一樣,
人體吸收率是較差的?
總之目前我還在困擾中,
打食物泥是我最後無路可走才準備用的最後手段就是了.
想問問營養師對我這樣體質的人有啥建議呢?
