大家好 ,
大概約莫5個月前 ,我勵精圖治 ,開始了168間歇性斷食
堅持下去也習慣了 ,在不知不覺間也過了5個月有了 。中途有在這板發過心得
有一陣子沒量體脂肪(手邊沒當時那台機器)
但是在上禮拜 ,去買褲子的時候 ………
我保持害怕的心情 ,拿起了架上33腰的褲子 ,竟然穿上去 ,還覺得合身不緊繃 !而且
我還是拿窄管的
這對我原本肚子超油的肥宅而言 ,真的是奇蹟
原本我正在用的這條皮帶 ,也從第二格改扣第四格了 ,第四格還略鬆 ,準備邁向第五
格(以皮帶長度來看腰圍至少少2吋)
我這樣是不是已經不算是肥宅惹 ?
