分享一下我昨天做硬舉的方式
100kg x 2 sets x 8 reps -> 140kg x 4 reps -> 180kg x 2 reps
220kg x 1 rep -> 250kg x 1 rep -> 220kg x 3 reps -> 200kg x 6 reps
180kg x 10 reps -> 140kg x 2 reps (最後沒力,懶的拉了)
這樣操完蠻爽的,大家可以試試看,做一個金字塔,上去又下來。
