我目前努力想養成運動的習慣
所以有空就會自己跑健身房踩跑步機
自己去的好處就是
時間or強度內容都可以較彈性
但缺點也是
太彈性了容易懶散
想請問板上的網友們
一般都是自己去運動or有同好一起?
又你們大概多久的時間才讓運動變成習慣?
(自己的經驗是 持續2~3月 但只要停一周就會很怠惰 > < )
