承認太久沒運動了...
最近開始練重訓+有氧,不過發現個問題
快走or划步,只有腳會痠的話一小時還可以
但是慢跑才大約1k左右就會很喘了
這是心肺功能太差,還是呼吸或姿勢問題?
如果是心肺功能的問題的話....只能慢慢練了?
