我覺得二頭,
二頭練五個月了吧,
都用波浪杠,
一開始是左右各加2.5kg就覺得五組超吃力,
大概一個多月後嘗試左右各5公斤,
一樣每次做五組都臉部扭曲,
每組都要休息到一分半,
最近可以只休息45秒到50秒,
然後做完六`七組,
開始嘗試左右各7.5kg,
做三組就是極限,
然後就必須把重量變回各5kg,
覺得這個動作特別難提升重量。
