大家都如何料理義大利麵 - 健身

最近決定用義大利麵作為碳水主要來源
目前做法是義大利麵煮熟後,拌雞胸肉內部的醬汁攪(咖哩、辣椒..等)
但雞胸肉的醬汁指示提升風味,基本上無油脂也沒有鹹味
大概就只比生吃好一點XD
版上有沒有以義大利麵為主食的板友能分享一下好吃的調理方法嗎?
