該做MRI嗎? - 健身

我肩膀舉起大概45度以上到最高點都會痛 已經兩個月了
受傷當天 有做胸推 肩推 倒立
因為晚上才開始痛 不太確定真正受傷是哪個動作造成
(胸推最後一組硬幹 肩膀姿勢可能有跑掉 倒立有一組沒力往後摔到)
前幾天非常痛 完全無法抬 睡覺側睡壓到會痛
後來就平穩些 側睡無感
只有抬手和引體向上拉下到低點的動作會痛 目前都放棄上半身所有訓練
看過小診所的復健科(超音波沒發現甚麼問題 肩夾擠測試後認為不是肩夾擠)
跟骨科(沒儀器檢查 只說是三角肌受傷 說要兩個月才會好)
跟第二間復健科(沒儀器檢查 說是棘上肌問題)
大致上都開消炎止痛跟貼布 復健做過超音波 電療 雷射 熱敷
但感覺沒甚麼進一步改善 就抬手的痛感維持
我自認痛感位置在前三角深層(棘上肌肌腱?)
請問我的狀況建議到大醫院做MRI嗎? 我沒做過 不曉得有沒有自費部分?
還是繼續復健、或是增生治療之類的呢?
