持續健身將近一年了
最近開始發現有些動作像是臥推
胸大肌在訓練時不會出現以前那種腫脹的酸楚感
但在訓練的動作上我又覺得沒有什麼改變
胸部還是有出力的感覺
該沒力時也還是會沒力
不知道是不是代表菜單的強度不夠了?
還是就像版上說的蜜月期過了咧?
