最近在家裡買了迪卡農的健身椅、槓鈴組
像是平胸臥推之類的動作 做完沒辦法直接摔槓鈴在地上
目前都是先屈膝 然後整個身體轉成坐姿 再站起來把槓鈴放到沙發上
怕只用腰的力量起來會傷到
不過不知道長期下來 這樣的姿勢會不會受傷
有沒有人推薦甚麼好方法可以起身?
